According to Aviation giant Boeing has predicted that Asia Pacific Region will require more than 500,000 new pilots, technicians over the next twenty years to facilitate rapid growth and fleet modernization support.
This rise demand in aviation industry is to play a vital role in providing quality flight services without any interruptions although in Asia it has been observed, due to shortage of pilots and technical staff some operational disruptions and delays are being going on.
